Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — THAT LAB
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
This policy applies to purchase options offered by THAT LAB, including subscriptions. We currently do not offer physical product pre-orders or try-before-you-buy items unless we expressly state otherwise on a product page.
Subscriptions
THAT LAB subscriptions provide recurring access to digital course content, community features, and software tools. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose, and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, if available, or by contacting us at hi@thatlabzone.com. If you purchased through a third-party platform, such as an app store or marketplace, you may also need to cancel through that platform according to its procedures.
If you cancel during the first 14 days after your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy. This 14-day refund window applies to both monthly and annual plans.
If you cancel after the 14-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew. Payments made after the initial 14 days are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Changes to Your Subscription
Where available, you may be able to update your billing details, change your plan, or manage your subscription from your customer account. Some changes may take effect immediately, while others may apply at the end of the current billing period.
Third-Party Billing
If your subscription was purchased through a third-party provider, billing, cancellation, refund, and account management may also be subject to that provider’s terms and procedures.
