Refund Policy — THAT LAB

At THAT LAB, we provide digital subscriptions that may include access to course content, community features, and software tools. Because our products are digital access services, there are no physical items to return.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This 14-day refund window applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
The refund window applies only to the first purchase of the subscription. It does not apply to renewal charges or payments made after the initial 14 days.
After 14 Days
After the initial 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after the 14-day window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hi@thatlabzone.com and include:
- your full name,
- the email address used at checkout,
- your order number,
- and a brief explanation of your request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevents access to the service, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Subscription Cancellation
